My apartment-mate made some cookies and she specially decorated them for us. This one is supposed to be me with shorter hair? Or as a boy? I don't know but it's pretty cute. And I ate it shortly after. It was pretty yummy. (:

I hang out with these people often and for some reason, today I was very happy and thankful that they're here and I'm here too.

Mr. Dino has a lot of toys. He's very happy about it though. He's recorded three songs of his own already. I tried it. It's very tiring. And you won't be hearing anything soon. (:

One of my favorite places in LA area is the Sawtelle Center. They have so many yummy things to eat. It gets pretty crazy walking around at night though because there's always crazy drivers around the area. One of them being me. Sometimes. Maybe.

I bought some crackers and cheese and smoked salmon. I made these toppings for lunch. It was delicious. And somewhat cheap. (: I felt sophisticated to be eating salmon on a cracker.

There was an exhibit in Bruin Plaza to raise awareness about the ongoing conflict in Palestine. I think a student group erected wooden walls that displayed information and facts about Palestinians and Israelis in the Middle East. These young men were taking a wall down. Or putting it up. I could not really tell.

These mountains and clouds were resting outside of the Grapevine at Laval Road off the interstate-5. Mr. Dino said it looked like the clouds were raining sunshine. True story.

Everytime I come to visit home my brother always has some new toy. It's madness. And I'm jealous.

I bought this frozen package of ddukbokki (Korean spicy rice cake) and mixed it with some lamyun (Korean noodles). It was pretty yummy. While taking a picture, the heat from the ddukbokki steamed up my camera lens giving that dreamy effect. hahah, classic.

I experimented with grass jelly and rice balls. PN decided to ice cream on top of hers and surprisingly it didn't melt on contact...

Was 14.99 for 20 lbs of rice really worth it?

I got angry while cutting his hair the first time that it looked very uneven and ugly. Since it was too short to fix it and even it out, I just shaved it all off. Never make the person cutting your hair angry while they are doing it. That's just, duh.

Mr. Dino set this up for us for a Valentine's Day lunch. It was very sweet. The candle scents were green tea and pomegrante. And if you can't tell the meal was McDonald's meals (:

So this isn't a great shot, but there's a great story behind it. I was using my camera to video record
Rap Saturday but during recording I dropped my canon. I freaked out because after trying to turn off the camera, the lens got stuck. Super sad, right? I broke my camera! But I kept twisting the lens and eventually...no lens error! It still works :)
Ok, maybe it was that great of a story.

I tried some different effects in photoshop today...probably to make up for the lack of substance in my photos. Sorry, I will try to take better photos when I'm not so tired :(

I spent most of my day making this sucka. It's an awesome cheat sheet for my management midterm. It's color-coded and only 1/3 of the page! I love very fine pens from little Korean stores. :)

I finally made it to Pauley Pavillion for a basketball game! Unfortunately it was a loss, and during one of our "rebuilding" years for basketball. Still, it was pretty exciting up until the halftime mark...

I finally tried some coffee shaved ice from Boba Time. It had a shot of espresso in it which was a big too strong, but the colorful mochi made my day.

I think I've had too much boba drinks in the past week. It's been bad for my health and for the wallet. But this boba is awesome because it's MINI. And it's super cute. :) And I love cute things. Hah!

Throughout the day I'd been worrying about school and academics. Studying for a midterm while trying to work out meet-ups for a group project has been wearing me out. To add to that, planning for next quarter's class schedule while considering UCLA Extension summer classes and CPA exam requirements is weighing me down. So at the end of my 8-hour day, after sitting through a 75 minute lecture that I did not comprehend, all it took was a bouquet of purple and yellow (go Lakers!) irises and a kingsize Kit-Kat bar from the bestest friend ever to cheer me up. Thank you :)
